Halfway through fashion weeks and its clear that reworked denim is hotter than ever before. Ukrainian brand Ksenia Schnaider presented the now known as ’Demi-Denim’ (the jeans became an instagram sensation and an instagram sensation need a name - hence demi-denim) in Kiev. The bottoms are three different jeansmodels composed into one in a brilliant kinda fun way. All denim bought second hand (you can read about Kievs booming second hand market here).
Main goal during work on the collection was to create every piece in such a way, so that it would be self-sufficient; so that it could freely and successfully exist all on its own out of context of this particular collection, this particular period of time; so that it would not loose its functionality and aesthetic attractiveness years after.
